Google has a new crawler software program, call AdsBot-Google for their AdWords advertising system. If you do have a look at your server's weblog, it may appear to automatically spiders and analyzes the content of advertising landing pages. It also tries to determine the quality of the ads landing pages based on the quality of the content and put out a AdRank score. Ads with better scores will be ranked higher even if the bid price of the keyword is lower.

On the contrary, content which somehow does not allow the new crawler to index, will drop in the ranks. This development has sprouted a new meaning to SEO of content pages, and place a premium value to SEO serviced websites.

Actually, there are millions of websites with great content, that just don't get much traffic. Some of these sites house hundreds of articles, reviews, tutorials, tools, products, forums to mention a few things, yet still they do not receive large amounts of traffic.

The problem is these sites aren't optimized for the search engines. SEO, Search Engine Optimization, SE Friendliness, whichever you refer to it doesn't matter, the fact is it works and I'm going to tell you what's involved.
